Important questions regarding prices
What do the prices refer to?
The prices in the offer page of each accommodation refer to the standard occupancy (e.g. 3 persons). The price is valid per night and for the amount of persons mentioned in the standard occupancy. The landlords charge an extra price for each extra person quoted explicitly in the offer.
Are the prices negotiable?
No, the prices are fix prices and not negatiable. In the "offer" section of our website you may find information about existing special offers and discounts.
Do I have to pay a safety deposit?
Yes, the landlord takes a safety deposit for eventual demages of the renting object. The saftey deposit will be refunded if the object has been left in proper conditions and without any demage. Please have the amount of the safety deposit ready in cash at the key handover (mostly about 100.-Euro, except in case of more valuable equippment). You will be informed about the amount of safety deposit in advance. Each rental object's page mentions the amount of safety deposit under "extra conditions".
Are there any additional costs?
Apart from the renting price there may be extra costs for final cleaning, towells, etc. Each rental object's page lists these extra costs under "extra price". There are no other costs than those mentioned under "extra price".
To your convenience we list all existing costs in our confirmation of the request and sum up thetotal price being binding for the client as well as for the landlord. In fact, there are no hidden costs!
Are the side costs for electricity and water included in the prices?
Yes, all side costs like electricity and water are included in the rental price of the accommodation. If there are any additional costs, they will be mentioned as an "extra price". In case of long term rentals (e.g. more than 4 weeks) the side costs may be charged separately, but the rental price will be generally more economical at the same time. We will inform you about this in advance.
