How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Penthouse apartment with impressive views

Luxury two level penthouse in a beach front complex. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower units). The apartment is comfortably furnished with all home comforts for a relaxing holiday.  Two swimming pools, paddle courts and a children’s playground in the gated communal area. A stone’s throw from the beach with stunning views.

The apartment is approx 1 km from the village of Zahara de los Atunes in an area called atlanterra where there is a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The apartment has a small terrace ideal for breakfast and afternoon tea and also a fantastic sunroof ideal for sunbathing and observing the stunning sunsets.

Nearest golf course: Monte en medio 15 kilometres

Car is highly recommended but not essential, one can use taxis as the public transport service in Spain is not good.

Sightseeing and day trips

Brochures are available in the apartment but to give you an idea:

Gibraltar is a one hour drive, and an excellent day trip to see the rock and its monkeys.

Cadiz and Jerez are approximately a 50 minute drive, two beautiful cities, Cadiz over 3000 years old and Jerez the home of the Spanish sherry and beautiful horses.

Bologna: 1 hour walk or 30 minutes in car to the historic roman ruins and museum of baelo Claudio

If you like walking and excellent walk is from Barbate to los Caños, with a visit to the historic lighthouse at Trafalgar .

A day’s visit to Africa, the ferry is just 40 minutes and runs frequently from Tarifa.
