4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.
If you want to book an accommodation, we ask you to pay the requested advance payment (see description of accommodation) within the indicated period.

If you don’t transfer a prepayment after receiving our confirmation of availability, your inquiry will expire automatically. There will be no costs for you in this case.
Cancelling a binding booking causes cancellation fees. The fee depends on the date you cancel your binding booking.
Please note: An inquiry on our website is not binding. A booking is only binding when an advance payment has been made.
These are our cancellation fees:
1. Cancellation until 60 days before the begin of rental period
2. Cancellation 59 to 43 days before the begin of rental period 50% of effected advance payment
3. Cancellation 42 days or shorter before rental period -> no refund of advance payment
The client has to pay the transfer fees for refunding advance payments.

The Tortuga II apartment complex is situated right on the beach of Tarifa - Playa Los Lances beach. As the building stands to the sea front, you will enjoy great views towards the beach. The holiday apartment "Tortuga II Centro" with its spacious terrace is located in the stepped forth center of the building. From here you have the best panoramical views towards the sea, Africa and on the right hand side towards the big dune on the end of the bay of Tarifa. In the front of the builing you find the swimming pool, where you can enjoy the sun and the water, when it is too windy on the beach. The property has a large living room connected with an American styled kitchen and dirtect access to the furnished terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, so, that you can save some restaurant visits. In the area, there are 2 huge supermarkets, offering fresh fish, meat, fruits and vegetables. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other providing 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, a bidet & a washbasin. Don't worry about parking space - this place includes parking in the garage of the building. Just a few meters away there are several cafes, where you get excellent breakfast and Internet over WiFi. The city center can be reached best by the beach promenade, which you follow for just about 500 meters. For people without car: the bus station is only 200 meters away. The 140m² holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the newest and most luxurious urbanisation in Tarifa, just between the football field and the Mercadona supermarket at the entrance of the city. The view from the terrace with outdoor funitures is unbeatable: In front you have the swimming pool and in the background the Atlantic. Right next to the complex there is a natural park and the golden, fine sandy beach of 8km. Not more than 200m you have from the building to the fabulous beach of Los Lances. The urbanisation has the largest pool in the city (open from June to September). Around the pool there are many green areas with lawn to enjoy the sun on very windy days at the beach. Below of the building is a underground car park (2 parking spaces included in the price), a staircase goes directly to the apartment. The house is equipped and furnished with charm, all furnitures and electrical appliances are of high quality. In this house you find everything to really feel like at home.
